This has not been tested, it is listed for parts or not working. It appears to me that at one time perhaps it was sprayed with some kind of undercoating and it looks like some of the original metal can still be seen and that may be seen in the pictures. There is rust on it, but it feels fairly solid to me. I don't see any rust holes in the bucket and this is not mean that none exists it means I don't see any and that might mean that none exists. I have not tried taking the light bulb out. Please...
