Volkswagen Passat 1990 - 1994 Front nose panel. Part was discontinued many years ago and this is old stock that's been stored in the box since the late 90's. Made from plastic, not fiberglass. Will need to be prepped and painted. Has a small 1" crack on the bottom side, some surface stains, but otherwise in great condition....
