This is an original 1975 Corvette C3 telescoping and tilting steering wheel assembly. Very complete and undamaged. Steering wheel itself is in very good condition with no damage. Column is undamaged but could use paint. Chrome on the side handles has some surface rust. The bottom half of the column has surface rust. Column seems to be in very good condition but its untested.
