Here we have a new steel fuel tank for 1938-41 Ford 1/2 ton Pick-ups and 1938-40 Ford cars . Our part number is 40G They are built by Tanks Inc. and measure 42-1/2" x 15-1/2" x 10" 16 gallon capacity. 1½" deeper than stock, 2 extra gallons. This tank has a top mounted 1/4" npt fuel pick-up & remote mount vent. This tank mounts under the truck, NOT under the seat.
