Passenger Side Fender Skirt 1930's 1940's Ford Chevy Dodge

1930's or 1940's passenger side fender skirt. I am not sure the year or model it goes to. It is in decent shape. It is hard to see in the pictures, but it does have some dents and will need some straightening. It is about 33" long and 16" tall. Not sure if the chrome parts go to this or are just bolted on. .
