This is a left side inspection lid off a Datsun 280Z. It has held up well. Looks like someone tried to pep or prime it years and years ago. Someone tried to prime it years and years ago and really laid the paint on thick. It will need to be stripped again. Hinge moves but could use some oil. Good clip.
