1948 Lincoln Zephyr Convertible Door Lock?

Up for auction is a good used door lock assembly believed to be for a 1948 Lincoln Zephyr convertible but not 100% sure. No part number was found, measures 5 7/8" long by 2 5/8" wide. Chrome plated striker in very good shape not worn down. Lock been checked works fine all springs are good. Comes with the original mounting screws also, not sure which side this goes to right or left. Please check your applications before bidding, any help in a positive I.D. is appreciated.
