This is a used part from a Volvo S 70, 1998 1999. It fits 850s and other Volvo models. It is the linkage between the throttle cable and the carburetor. I included some pictures that I found from the web showing you where it is and what part it isthis is a part. I got from the recycling yard to fix my car but never needed it. I cleaned it up and oiled it. It’s ready to go....
