2008 Ford F350 6.4l Powerstroke Engine- Needs Repair

I have a 6.4 Powerstroke engine that was just pulled from an 08' F350 Texas truck. The engine was running when it was pulled but it was low on power and running rough. Milage is 180k. Ford technicians threw a lot of parts at it before saying the engine had low compression and would need to be replaced or rebuilt. I have paperwork from Ford showing what they replaced on the engine trying to get to the bottom of the issue, I can provide it on inspection. I am putting a Cummins back into the truck ...
