Rare Lambert School Bus Co. Engine Plate ? Los Angeles California Transportation

From the old Lambert school bus company manufacturer. Is this rare? I am assuming this is an engine plate or it could’ve been mounted inside the bus. It is dated 6-14-60 with a work number 4444. I’m not sure if the records exist but you may be able to find information about it. There are a total of 6 holes on the plate, one on each corner and two others as you can see in the photos.
