Rare badge. Been in a dry box since the early 80s when I collected badges as a kid. Used item with marks as shown. Some dirt and light tarnish/ scratches, overspray, chips etc. .Nice for year but not concourse and would benefit from refinishing to be much better. May need slight straightening.
