This an Original Alfa Romeo WORLD CHAMPION 1975 Brass Plaque. These were installed by Alfa Romeo dealers on either the dashboard or consoles of models sold from 1975 on after Alfa won the World Championship for Makes. It is new and still has the protective film over the front. There is a small stain at left edge which is visible in the photos.
