Ugly but solid condition with no cracks at the pull handle and the bottom mounts are intact as well. The upper piece is peeling as you can see, looks like it was poorly repainted at one point and the paint is not cooperating. It's not heat damage, just poor paint work, sand it down and paint to match your car. The armrest cove is still very nice, just a bit loose but not bad at all.
