You will get the 3 Lexus plug wires that are pictured. Only three are needed for the three spark plugs near the fire wall, the three in front have a coil in place. We had to had to replace all the fuel injectors so we removed the intake manifold, we decided to change all these wire even though it had been done recently. These are low mileage and a good buy. If they had been old we would just throw them away....
