You are buying one used Triumph TR2 TR3 four cylinder Lucas distributor as pictured. It is dated 7/1957 and is Lucas part number 40480 A . It will probably work on many other British cars from the 1950's & 1960's . It has been sitting for decades in my garage. The shaft is frozen , but the points breaker plate does move.
