You are checking out a used, plastic, factory OEM dash gauge insert that was installed in a '64-65 Chevelle or El Camino. It is still in its stock configuration, and it has not been modified to install aftermarket gages - radio, etc.. It would need a good cleaning after being stored for many years and then painted to bring it up to car show standards. Or use as is in your patina driver.
