This listing is for a complete 1994 1995 and 1996 Chevrolet Caprice and Impala / SS Lower Dash Panel Assembly Bezel in BLUE. This is a good bezel removed from a 1995 Caprice this past week. Before you go any further, please see the filled holes (5) as shown in the last four photos with before and after. Someone had mounted something to the dash and when removed, it left five 1/8-inch holes that I filled with Black Plastic JB Weld Epoxy. All four vent outlets are in good working condition. Otherw...
