This item is in perfect working condition. It comes complete just as you see in the picture. As you can see from the pictures, this head has Supertech Springs and Titanium Retainers installed. It appears the valves are also aftermarket, but I am not sure what brand they are. The cylinder head was removed from an H-Series motor and may need to be resurfaced prior to use as with any used cylinder head.
