This is a good working engine cylinder head for an Alfa Romeo Spider 1972-1981. This head has been cleaned, crack checked resurfaced, new valve guides, new valve guide seals, all new valves and new springs. This head has the mounting studs for air conditioning on the early models. It has been welded on the front of the head for ac mount support.
