This is the center console cup holder used in 1995-1997 W140's. The center console armrest folds up and exposes this. INCLUDES SCREWS. I CLEANED IT UP A BIT BUT IT COULD USE A LITTLE MORE CLEANING. THIS WON'T FIT 1998/1999 W140'S!!!!! THEY DRAMATICALLY CHANGED THE DESIGN IN 1998 AND 1999; THIS WON'T FIT OUT OF THE BOX, YOU'LL HAVE TO CUT IT IN HALF.
