This is a Used Original Convertible Top Frame for Alfa Romeo 101 1300 GIULIETTA and Early 1600 SPIDER models. Long wheel base models. It includes the 2 mounting brackets that attach inside the cockpit of the car on which the main cross bar fits into. It is missing 1 bow as pointed out. The front header panel is rusted and will need major repair or fabrication to recreate. The bows that are present may need some straightening.
