1967 Buick Special-Skylark-Gran Sport Long Console for floor shift automatic cars, in black. I pulled this part back in 1985 from a 1967 GS 400 from Louisiana, and stored in my basement ever since. It's the console body that's most important, as the 65-66 is smooth whereas the 67 is textured. This is textured (thank you v8buickblvd who provided this clarification).
