This replacement pin will fit r107 chassis mercedes 380SL 450SL from 1972-1980 which come with the black plastic pin which is stapled into the wood console. Later r107 chassis after 1980 may have an aluminum console pin and my replacement will not work in that situation. Also for 560SL, the pin is different than what I have here.
