Here is a genuine RC-11 radiator cap made by AC Spark Plug in Flint, Michigan back in the 1960's or 1970's. There is some aging as pictured, but it's still a great new old stock part in the original box. Good flexible gasket. Stamped "Made In U.S.A." right on top, and AC script.
