This is a new performance camshaft for a Triumph Spitfire 1962 to 1970 for use with cam bearings. Specs: Duration 270, Intake lift .410, exhaust .400. Good idle, stock valve springs ok, 10 to 12 HP gain over stock. Made in UK on a brand new UK-made blank. These can be used in later 1971-1980 Spitfires if bearings are installed in the block.
