1949-1967 Volkswagen Beetle Bumper Guard Front / Rear Vw Bug

Volkswagen Beetle Bumper Guard Front / Rear 1949-1967 VW Bug. As you can see in the pics the chrome is peeling and pitted in areas. It also has a couple of dings on the front of it. I'm not sure why it has screws holding the inside brackets in place-all the other ones I've seen are welded in place. Any ?'s please let me know...
