Saab 900 Spg Turbo Front Air Dam Lower Spoiler 6939144 Fits 1987 To 1994

This is for a used but I think never installed front lower bumper section for a Saab 900. Part number 6939144 fits 1987 to 1993 and the 1994 convertible. This one was painted but the paint is peeling. Someone cut into 2 of the slats for fog light bracket clearance it appears. The mounting hardware is pristine so I think this was a new item modified and painted and then never installed. Would need repaint I believe at this point....
