Here's a taillight area patch panel off of a 1967 Ford Fairlane 500 4 door 289/c4 car with NO air conditioning. I cut this one with a sawzall, but it was a quick cut and not the cleanest so be sure and note all of that and check the pics, some areas may be cut off too much or be too wide, you'll have to adjust that or cut the section of this out that you need.
