Vintage 1920’s, 1930’s, Steering Column Gearbox, Steering Wheel, Buick?

The gearbox turns very nice. I’m not sure what this is for. The old tag says 1929 1930 Buick. It’s possible the tag is incorrect so make sure before you buy it that it is correct for what you need. The wheel is 17 inches in diameter Before spokes are metal. From the bottom of the wheel to where it goes into the box is 35 inches long. I don’t know how to get the steering wheel up so it will be shipped in a box that is 19“ x 19“ x 52“....
