These are 3D printed "Bumperettes" that mount to the factory bumper mounting locations and they fill in the void that is left under the taillights after removing the rubber bumpers. Each "bumperette" is printed in two pieces from black ABS, which are then fastened together with (2) #10 screws, so there is a visible seam.
