This is a used Original REAR FILLER PANEL for Alfa Romeo GTV 6 models. This fits at rear license plate area between the taillights. 2nd and 3rd photos are from a period Alfa Romeo Dealer boutique catalog which show a similar panel and its description. It is used and has some wear from age and use. You can easily sand and refinish it or use as is. I am not totally sure, but I believe the current plate bracket has to be removed and placed over this.
