You are buying two (2) NORS (New Old Stock) Car-Pak tools. They are heavy duty scratch awls with a "full tang" (see photos). These awls are 6-1/4" long with a 4-1/16" long high quality steel blade. They have a rugged plastic amber translucent handle. These heavy duty awls were manufactured in Japan (not China). Having a "full tang" allows you to use a hammer on the end without ruining the tool.
