You are purchasing a used original LH rear axle shaft with u-joint and flange and outside hub for the 1962-72 Triumph Spitfire and Herald. LH (left-hand) is driver-side on U.S. spec cars. This is for the 'narrow track' (19.5") 1962-72 cars. Later Spitfires are 20.5". Bearings feel smooth. Wheel cylinder frozen. Missing one lug. Clean/rebuild as you see fit.
