Strong driver grade Trico Wiper pivot thingy.Minor pitting, great for car that is driven.Salvage yard guy cut the chain when removing but a spare parts unit is included so no worries!.These can be rebuilt and lubed but I am reluctant to experiment. Not sure of full interchange but used on all B bodies in '40 and many others....
