This is for one kit, If both your tilt motor gears are broke, you will need 2 kits. The kit comes with a steel gear mounted on a custom machined shaft. This version comes with a factory style(plastic) worm gear. The weak link is the big white gear, not the little worm gear. A lifetime warranty comes with this kit.
