New old stock GM part# 3907604 header panel for 1968 Chevrolet passenger cars. This is the panel between the hood and the grille. Holes are there for the emblem, but this piece does not come with the emblem. It is in GM primer and has been bounced around for decades, so expect some scuffs and scrapes. It never had a box.
