Set of 12 NOS MOPAR 681544 tappet adjusting screws fitting most inline engines from 1924-1954. Service numbers include 200418 646686 50484 70774. The head of the screw is subject to wearing down at the point of valve stem contact. That depression prevents accurate feeler gauge adjustment and noisy lifter action.
